Create time picking component

The BOP (Billion Object Platform - for tweets) will contain elements up to 16 weeks ago from the point of search.

A custom date / time component needs to be created in order to be able to define the time range, be able to visualize data in histogram format and be able to copy / paste from another platform.

It allows the user to modify the dates in a few different ways while keeping them all in sync:

• Copy paste to text field in the format [YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss TO YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ss]
• Supports passing an * as the date parameter when entered in the text field but not via the widgets
• Supports tweaking the interval by dragging the week bar (goes from today back to 16 weeks ago)
• Supports tweaking the interval by changing the date picker
• Supports entering an optional hour, minute, second directly in the text field
• Updates the widgets based on what is on the text field.
