Endless Saving Progress View

Describe the bug
Discard changes modal shows an endlessly saving progress even though changes were previously Saved using Save button at the top of Test template

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login to Testomat app
2. Edit a Test and click on Save button
3. Click on X button
4. Click on Save button inside "Discard Changes" modal

Expected behavior
Discard Changes modal should not display after clicking on X button is saving was already completed

I will try to get QA to capture this as it's happening, it isn't consistently happening so they haven't provided a video or screenshot
