Empty folders/suites are deleted after refreshing

Describe the bug
If you create an empty folder or suite in the Tests tab, it appears initially but gets deleted after a page refresh. Empty folders/suites should persist after refresh and not disappear automatically.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a project in Testomat.
2. Open the Tests tab.
3. Create a new empty folder or suite.
4. Refresh the page.
5. Observe that the empty folder or suite is deleted and no longer appears in the test tree.

Expected behavior
An empty folder or suite created in the Tests tab should remain visible after refresh and should not be deleted automatically.
