[BUG] Unable to install the nasaaccess application in tethys platform

I was able to install the Tethys platform but when I tried installing the nasaaccess (https://github.com/imohamme/tethys_nasaaccess) application after cloning it it says "Error: Application installation failed with exit code 1."
