valueChangedClosure: for Option ran twice

Not sure why, but the valueChangedClosure: ran twice everytime. Below is how i setup my Settings (with Localize_Swift package)

Your question answered my question actually. I tested with a similar code. It did get triggered twice, but for the second time, the 'key' is empty. So if you could check the 'key', you can tell the difference between the first and second call.
