As discussed previously, we can make edgebank, poptrack and t_comem into stateful hooks.
Motivation
Since they are essentially data transforms, the idea is to use their output as TGNN input features (though TBD how effective each are in this capacity).
Additional context
Perhaps also general centrality measures could be implemented similarly. For example, temporal versions of those listed here. Such may also be useful to feed to TGTalker, especially in a Plan-and-execute setting.
