Doc Update

- Missing NeighborsamplerHook doc
- DyGformer has no forward function in doc
- many other modules are missing forward function
- add pointers to example folder
- easy to read about what is happening
- separate landing pages for each model
- add equations to model
- what is the details we want to introduce to users
- remove documentation for private helpers
