The Jira Endpoint integration has been broken for IAS (Integral Ad Science) since approximately mid-February 2026 (~7 weeks as of this report).

• Jira Endpoint is non-functional

• Affects IAS production environment

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to the Jira Endpoint configuration in IAS's theanswer instance
2. Attempt to use the Jira integration
3. Observe failure

Environment

• Customer: IAS (Integral Ad Science)
• Reported: 2026-04-09
• Broken since: ~2026-02-15 (mid-February)

Notes

• Cam cc'd Krista, Max Techera, Adam Harris on the escalation
• Max's initial response (2026-04-09) requested agent triage via Render/Langfuse/AAI — resolution still pending
• No fix has been confirmed as of 2026-04-13
