Find the most suitable schema migration tool for the stack

Considering to use this for migration : https://github.com/golang-migrate/migrate

but other options I found worth using:

• https://github.com/jmoiron/sqlx

• https://github.com/pressly/goose

Although I'm personally confilcted between Goose and Golang-migrate but,

Earlier was considering Golang-migrate primarily because of 2 reasons:

• Widely used in industry with longer history
• everything is explicit, whether it be migration file or any commands you give,

But after looking at golang-migrate vs goose comparison from fresh perspective, I believe it's best if we go with goose, reasons:

• DX friendly with it's convenient commands
• Smaller binary footprint
• Supports Go functions as migrations as well rather than just .sql
