Typo in Craft Recipe

Describe the bug
Craft recipe for vacuum says "factoy:small_steel_gear".

Expected behavior
Craft recipe for vacuum should say "factory:small_steel_gear"

Upon further investigation, it appears this typo appears in ./contraptions/vacuum.lua, but not just in one line, but in lines:

don't forget to alias the old name if that breaks compatibility

and then create the new release on contentDB!
