When the agent needs to prompt the user with an Allow/Deny question for access permissions, the buttons are very hard to find. The first clue is "wow, this is taking a long time", and through a process of expanding and collapsing output details, the question interface may eventually be revealed. I'm not even sure of consistent reproduction steps; I just click around until something appears.
It seems dialog could be elevated much higher than where it currently is.
I have Notifications on for Permission Requests, but I don't think I've ever received one.
