Decide on the level of branding for downstream

satellite-installer used to replace "Foreman" with "Satellite" in its output, while foremanctl does not do that, even when running with the Satellite-specific vendor overrides, see #726 (comment)

We shall decide whether we want to bring back that branding or not.

In #726 (comment) I already shared my view: I think it's fine to expose the message. Now that I think more about it, you can also avoid it by not saying:

Foreman is running at $url

But instead:

You can log in at $url

Another place worth considering: the self-signed CA subject is currently hardcoded as Foreman Self-signed CA

For downstream deployments, this probably should reflect the product branding, e.g., Satellite Self-signed CA or similar?
Should this be part of the vendor overrides or a configurable variable tied to the flavor?

In the past it was always "Katello", so not that much of a change here.
