HDR setting breaks saved game file thumbnails

I’ve noticed that when HDR10 is enabled in the Modded Exe settings, saved game file thumbnails are no longer generated properly—quick and/or manual saves either reuse old .dds files from previous saves or appear blank. Disabling HDR rectifies the issue.

Can someone confirm this on their end?
