v0.2.0 includes major timing and performance fixes designed to prevent stuttering and high CPU usage on Windows, along with bundling the required Visual C++ runtime directly in the portable ZIP.

Initial testing via Proton on a Steam Deck confirmed solid frame pacing (holding 30 FPS during the heaviest scene in the game), but because this was tested through a compatibility layer rather than native Windows 10, this issue remains open.

The Technical Stuff

• Enforced persistent SDL timer resolution in the Windows runtime.
• Switched thread sleeping to high-resolution deadline timers.
• Added bounded catch-up for elapsed vblanks following late wakeups.
• Fixed guest-side wait handling by blocking or properly rounding hot wait loops.
• Bundled app-local Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable DLLs to avoid missing runtime dependencies.
