Tracker Bug: Draygon Always Marked as "WARNING: Can't come back"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the tracker in seedless mode.
2. Give yourself all items and a bunch of each type of ammunition and health.
3. Mark Botwoon as defeated.
4. Note that Draygon's room is still marked "WARNING: Can't come back" despite you already having Gravity Suit and Space Jump.
