Investigated Swift CI failure for PR #3096.

Failure is not PR-specific. Build log shows global Swift SDK packaging breakage while verifying required SPV symbols in XCFramework:

• dash_spv_ffi_config_add_peer
• dash_spv_ffi_config_set_restrict_to_configured_peers

Workflow exits in packages/swift-sdk/build_ios.sh with missing symbol errors:

This appears to be the same systemic Swift SDK/SPV export issue affecting other branches, so parking as blocked pending upstream fix.
