Hi

what is the expected built-in applinks/sitelinks functionality ? is it only QR code related for auth? Our desire is that any click on the platform white label URL will open in the app instead of browser

currently it's not working for us - app is successfully compiling using mobile center / config json

.well-known files are accessible (although we manually set it up because default platform execution is not working for us for some reason - reported here thingsboard/thingsboard-pe-docker-compose#79

any idea?

Hi. Current app configuration only expects /api/noauth/qr path to be used as app link. It's quit hard make a full app links support, since mobile app and web app has different routes paths. It will be easier to just open the app, without route handling(you click on the /auditlogs link but app opens on the home page), but this also not supported for now. I can discuss it with our team, on will we add support of this in the future or not.

thanks @hharkovenko that make sense now why it wasn't working... aside for the fact those config files aren't accessible by default.

let me describe our use-case:

we send temperature alerts to customers via email and sms
the email has a link to view the alert in the dashboard we created for it - it is a dynamic link

when the user views this alert on his phone (sms primarily is the method they view the alerts), they click on the links.

we would like the app to open the link and not the browser...

perhaps we can setup routes specifically to handle url/dashboard to open in the app?

@hharkovenko hi any leads on this? Our users have the app installed, we send them alerts via SMS, Email and WHATSAPP with a link to view the alert details on a dashboard

currently, even-though sitelinks are configured, the app is installed, the link will open in the browser and not in the app. happens on IOS and ANDROID.

this creates a bad experience for our users :(

yes indeed, and really an expected behavior. If the app is installed, the site links should open in the app. dashboards.* login.* etc...really it should be integrated in the base app functionality Message ID: <thingsboard/flutter_thingsboard_pe_app/issues/266/3522426046@
