Dashboard loading indefinitely on iOS mobile app (works on Android and web)

Hello ,
I am experiencing an issue with the official ThingsBoard PE mobile application on iOS devices.
Environment:
• ThingsBoard PE version: 4.2.1.1PE
• Deployment: Self-managed server
• Mobile app: Official ThingsBoard PE app from App Store (default configuration)
Problem:
• Dashboards load indefinitely (infinite loading) on iPhone [we tried white an empty dashboard and still we had the issue]
• The same dashboards work perfectly on Android devices
• The same dashboards work perfectly in web browsers (Safari, Chrome)
• QR code scanning and login work correctly on iOS
What I've tested:
• Multiple iOS devices - same issue
• Android devices - works fine
• Web browsers - works fine
• Network connectivity is stable
Expected behavior:
Dashboards should load on iOS as they do on Android and web browsers.
Could you please help identify the root cause ? Should I check specific logs or configuration settings on my self-managed instance?
