invalid argument selection when clicking into value field

Sometimes you get an error message when clicking into the value field. You will not be able to change that value. Screen recording. My solution has been too just delete it and reassign. I have seen this happen in other designs too.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open ParametricText
2. Click on value field
3. See error

I would expect that I can change the value.

• OS: Windows 11
• Fusion 360 version: 2602.0.61
• ParametricText v 2.4.0

Hi, the error seems to occur when ParametricText tries to highlight the sketch text that is selected for the row.

Does the error only happen in this particular file? Do you know if the sketch is part of a broken or rolled back feature?

When you say that the value cannot be changed, do you mean that it is not possible to write in the text input field, or do you mean that the sketch in the design does not update according to the value set in ParametricText?
If it's the latter, I suspect that there's a problem looking up the sketch/sketch text also when texts are being updated by the add-in.

I tried opening the file, but it looks to be created in a recent version of Fusion Insider. I'll see if I can get my installation updated.

I'm experiencing the same problem. All of a sudden, when I open Change Text Parameters from within a sketch and select the existing parameter (the selection / left-hand column) I get the same error pop up and am unable to proceed.
