Test if an actual client has internet connectivity

There are cases, where the router has Internet, but a connected client does not.
For example, because of an incorrectly configured dhcp config or because of certain firewall rules which apply to clients but not the router itself.
DynaPoint should try to address this by creating something like a virtual client.
