Add an option to disable automatic session title changes

Summary

Right now session titles can be changed automatically by the agent (for example via change_title) unless I manually rename the session again.

That makes the title feel unstable during long sessions.

Expected behavior

Please add an option to control automatic title changes, for example:

• a session-level toggle: allow / disallow automatic title updates
• or a global preference: keep titles fixed unless I rename them manually

Why this matters

Sometimes I want the agent-generated title, but sometimes I want to keep my own label stable for organization.

I could not find an existing session-level or global option to disable agent-driven title updates.

The current implementation explicitly instructs some agents to keep setting titles through the change_title tool, including at chat start and again when the task focus changes (cli/src/claude/utils/systemPrompt.ts:8, cli/src/codex/utils/systemPrompt.ts:15, cli/src/opencode/utils/systemPrompt.ts:13). That tool path sends a summary update, not a manual name update (cli/src/claude/utils/startHappyServer.ts:17, cli/src/api/apiSession.ts:360).

Manual rename is handled separately through PATCH /sessions/:id and stored as metadata.name (hub/src/web/routes/sessions.ts:290, hub/src/sync/sessionCache.ts:244). In the current display logic, metadata.name is preferred over metadata.summary.text in both the web UI and notifications (web/src/components/SessionHeader.tsx:11, web/src/components/SessionList.tsx:124, hub/src/notifications/sessionInfo.ts:3).

So based on the current code:

• no verified toggle exists yet for disabling automatic title updates
• a manual rename should remain the displayed title after it is set

• If you are seeing a manual rename get replaced in practice, where does it happen: session list, session header, or Telegram notification?
• Which agent are you using when this happens?
• Which HAPI version or commit are you running?
