All site CSS gone after execution

What would cause all CSS to be obliterated on a site after executing the destroy command?

Are you using compiled css to one file?

I experienced this as well. After you destroy the cache, you need to set correct permissions on the /media/secure_css/ and /media/css/ folders. This only happens if you merge your CSS or JS files.
