Provide a normalization API for the backend, (deterministic or with variance).

This is to provide a standard way for beam current (or other sample-specific) normalization.

These normalizations are not standard and not necessarily geometry-related.
Reciprocal space maps loose the normalization information. We must provide an API that allows to cover non-standard normalization.
