Paused never called + resumed not called when returning to a screen

I notice that the paused state is never called, only gone when poping the widget.
Also, resumed state is only called upon pushing the widget, but if I return to that screen again by poping Resumed is not called.

i need control like restart() method in android which gives us the state indicating activity is resumeing back

// go to page2

_Screen2State.onVisibilityChanged(VISIBLE) - {_StartScreenState, _Screen2State}

// leave page2
_StartScreenState.onVisibilityChanged(VISIBLE) - {_StartScreenState}
_Screen2State.onVisibilityChanged(GONE) - {_StartScreenState}

// swipe app into overview
_StartScreenState.onVisibilityChanged(INVISIBLE) - {_StartScreenState}

// go on home screen

// resume to app
