Scroll to replied message

Describe the bug
Scroll/jump to replied message does not work if it is not loaded yet.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to chat
2. Reply to an old message
3. Close the app
4. Open the same chat
5. Tap to the replied message preview
6. See error, it doesn't scroll to the replied message

Expected behavior
It has to scroll to the message and highlight. Currently, it only works for the messages that have loaded in the database.
