Possible improvements to utsu when packaging utsu for Linux distributions

I happened to see utsu-bin when looking for a UTAU equivalent available on Linux on aur, but after looking at the corresponding pkgbuild and installing the boot I found some possible Linux-specific issues:

1. I don't see the UTSU.desktop file in the repository, it exists in the .deb package, but it looks like it might be missing something (kde plasma cannot put UTSU into any known category).
2. there is no way to set the default values for wavtool, resampler, voicebank in the engine column at compile time. The absence of this feature has no obvious impact on direct distribution, but customizing the above three at compile time would help multiple UTSU-like software to share resources.
3. UTSU does not currently adhere to the XDG specification.

Only the above issues have been found in rough use so far.
