Create dogfood dashboard config

Context
V1 should prove useful as the first terminal surface opened at the start of a work session. See docs/v1-scope.md.

Acceptance criteria

• Create a real local example config that exercises the cockpit loop.
• Candidate panels include tmux sessions, dirty repos, GitHub PRs or notifications, Taskwarrior tasks, and running or recent agents.
• At least one configured action jumps into a real workflow.
• Layout remains spacious rather than a dense wall of text.
• README points users to the example or documents how to adapt it.

Out of scope

• Bundling secrets or machine-specific private paths into the repository.
• Turning examples into first-class integrations too early.

Implementation is complete in PR #11: #11. I could not close this issue from here because merging PR #11 into main was blocked pending explicit approval for the default-branch mutation. The PR is green and links this issue for automatic closure on merge.
