[Feature request] Support for Android Automotive

Is it possible to include the codes required for Android Automotive?

I think beside other things; it requires that this be added in the AndroidManifest.xml of the app:
<meta-data android:name="distractionOptimized" android:value="true" /> tag to all <activity> elements
