Build BBC ROM (Windows/OS X/Linux)

Prerequisites (all):

Python 2.x on PATH

Prerequisites (OS X/Linux):

GNU make
64tass on the PATH

Prerequisites

Steps:

Change to rom folder
On OS X/Linux, run make; on Windows, run ..\tools\snmake.exe.

The ROM file is .build/beeblink_tube_serial.rom.
