Latest code not published to npm

I see that a PR replacing the deprecated gulp-util library has recently been merged, however, the update has not been published to npm.

I have published @ladjs/gulp-envify. It is maintained now by the @ladjs team. You can close this issue, or leave it open. I suggest to @tomashanacek that he deprecates and archives this package, and references ours instead if he no longer plans to maintain it. I have retained him in LICENSE etc in our fork. Thanks.
