Not a defect, but the tilemap section could be enhanced to cover the capability added in 3.01.08 which adds support for using 8K Bank 7 as well as the 16K Bank 5 to store tile maps and definitions.

The tilemap's base address (nextreg 0x6E) and tile definitions address (nextreg 0x6F) can now appear in the first 8K of 16K bank 7 and is indicated by a set bit 7 in the address. Because only 8K of bram is available in bank 7, addresses wrap across 8K boundaries.
