WalletConnect support in TON Connect for applications outside of Telegram.

to support large custodial and institutional integrators (Fireblocks, BitGo) that require WalletConnect compatibility to interact with DeFi projects on TON.

WalletConnect support is intentionally not available inside Telegram. All in-Telegram applications must continue to use TON Connect exclusively
