Doesn't detect the login when trying to download and a course

It's seems the the thing that's supposed to detect getting logged into udemy doesn't really function right, it just waiting as if I didn't already log in

Fix written, on both sides; it ships as courses plugin 1.0.6 plus the next app release (both are needed).

What was wrong. The login window decided "logged in" from the URL alone, and the plugin config told it to wait for udemy.com/home. Udemy drops you on https://www.udemy.com/ (or /?persist_locale=…) after login, never on /home, so the window kept waiting until the 5-minute timeout — the "it just waits as if I didn't log in" you all saw. Closing the window was blocked by the same wait.

What changes.

• The window now treats a session as established when the real Udemy session cookie shows up (access_token / dj_session_id / udemy_session), polling the browser's own cookie store once a second, independent of which page Udemy redirects to. A URL pattern is still accepted as a hint, and udemy.com/home from older plugin configs now also matches the site root. Verified against the real post-login URLs (/, /?persist_locale=, /home/my-courses/, business portals acme.udemy.com/…) and rejects the login/passwordless/2FA pages.
• Closing the window works at any time: it either returns what it has, or fails immediately with "closed before a session was detected" instead of hanging.
• The plugin's error when no session cookie arrives now says so explicitly instead of the bare not_authenticated.

On Linux there was a second, independent problem (HttpOnly cookies could not be read at all) — that is tracked in #288 and fixed alongside this. Keeping this open until the plugin update is on the Marketplace.
