server in Ubuntu 13.10 failed to start (wrong pid location)

Settingup the server on Ubuntu 13.10 fails when starting slapd.

changing $server_run to /var/run/slapd fixes this.

Hi.

Tried on trusty (basic master config only) and had the same issue.
This is basically due to apparmor preventing slapd to write in /var/run/openldap.
So adding the following line to /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.slapd would basically also do the trick (if you don't want to move your pidfile).

/{,var/}run/openldap/* w,

But I think the best thing would be able to specify the pidfile directory manually or in a hiera file.
