We deployed CivicRecords AI for a mid-sized city police department. Hardware: Dell PowerEdge R550 (16 cores, 64 GB RAM), Ubuntu 22.04. Connected to a file share (~180k documents) and Tyler New World RMS via ODBC. Initial ingest: 6 days. Incremental sync: ~4 hours/night. Staff describe search as finding in 30 seconds what used to take 45 minutes.
