Circuit Open means the system tried to sync 5 times in a row and failed. It pauses the source and sends an admin notification. Check credentials, network, and source system. To recover: fix the issue, open the source, click Unpause. The next sync uses a grace threshold of 2 (not 5) for fast feedback. Click View failures to retry or dismiss individual records.
