Support Y basis initialization/measurement circuits

tqec/tqec#719 has to hack the detector annotation because tqecd doesn't support some of the gates used. This should be easy to fix once we have a minimal reproducible example.

Yes, the U shape should be easier to analyze. From the circuit file, there don't seem to be exotic gates, so the issue is incorrect measurements associated with detectors that lower the code distance. Then it can be very difficult to debug.

Let's start with the fixed bulk convention, where we have the ground truth. Could you produce the detector-free circuit, the correctly annotated circuit, and the circuit annotated incorrectly by tqecd? (#45 just accelerates the computation and shouldn't affect the result, so there's no need to have two versions for tqecd.)
