Duplicate git tags

I have noticed that here are multiple tags for version 0.9.1, once v0.9.1 and once 0.9.1, both on different commits.
While looking into that i also noticed that 0.2.6 has 2 tags, this time on the same commit, once v0.2.6 and once 0.2.6.

This might lead to confusion, though i know working with tags it is easy to accidentally forget to delete them somewhere and then they get re-synced on the next fetch.
