Why some issues are in hidden?

I've made the issue titled:
Couldn't launch: The requested address is not valid in its context.
#356

But somehow it doesn't appear in the issue tab or if I look up GitHub with the involves:@me keyword.

If the author of the issue is someone else then it is fine, but the author of the issue is me.
And I need to type the issue number manually after looking up through my data.

I need it in case of future reference.
Why it is being hidden?

I can reproduce it by searching for involves:Unknown78.

Just for context, i at least did nothing to this and i dont think @tramhao did anything regarding that. Please contact github about this issue.

My speculation is either github did something weird, or it is unavailable due to your activity being set to private (which could also affect @me searches as they may just be translated to Unknown78 instead of getting special treatment)
