Implement MessageCollection

I'm handing this to you because you will be the one directly talking to this with most of your views. The only time I will know what is going on is when you notify the serverviewcontroller.

Sounds fine to me. MessageCollection will contain info (both metadata and message data) for each server and channel and all the messages in them, right? And will communicate with/be communicated to by the protocols?

@trane are we going to support logs between runs of the program? If so we need to eventually figure out how we're going to handle that -- and log limits and the like. I will not be supporting logs for tomorrow's demo.

Chat view seems to be working, moving on to the data model for now.

I think logs should be a user-specified line count. But, yeah, not for this release.
