DevOps Level -2: Instantiate a Kubernetes cluster

1. Install K3s rancher from getting-started/quick-start-guides
2. Install Helm
3. Setup a cluster issuer for certificates
4. Write a script to automate all the process

Acceptance criteria:
After running the script I should be able to run on the command line :

• kubect get ns
• helm verison
