As soon as
\usepackage{pgfpages}
\setbeameroption{show notes on second screen=bottom}%
is included in the document to enable notes, the pages are shown correctly on the notes.
However, the normal view breaks except for lists, descriptions and some other stuff.
I have only removed the Glasgow logo from the title page (beamerthemeglasgow.sty lines 71 to 82 removed). Shown here is the demo presentation directly from this repo.
