Verify and complete pre-release vocabulary files

Summary

The pre-release trov.ttl at trov/prerelease/ was copied from 0.1/trov.ttl before updating it for 0.1. It uses the correct 2023/05/trov# namespace but may not include all terms actually used by the pre-release implementations, and may include terms that were never implemented.

The pre-release vocabulary reference (trov-prerelease.md) documents exactly which terms belong. This file should match.

Steps

• Compare prerelease/trov.ttl against the term inventory in trov-prerelease.md
• Add any missing terms used by pre-release implementations
• Remove any terms not used by either implementation
• Verify Widoco generates correct documentation from the updated file
• Verify w3id.org/trace/2023/05/trov serves the updated content
