Broken Shortcut 'G' to toggle all image occlusion fields on Mac

Describe the bug

Ever since installing the add-on, after answering an image occlusion card, the shortcut G has no more effect to toggle all the image occlusion fields.

Reproduction step

Install the add-on on a Mac and Image Occlusion. Automatically breaks the toggle Shortcut G.

Expected behavior

I expected it to not interfere with the add-on image occlusion

Actual behavior

Instead it broke the Shortcut G

Couldn't reproduce here in windows machine but I doubt it's mac specific issue. Could you give me an example of the occlusion card? you can export the card as a separate deck.

The addon does nothing with keyboard so I guess there's an incompatibility rather than the addon somehow intercepting the keystroke.

Thanks for the reply, here I attached one Note where this problem occurs. But it is really unspecific and does not work for all notes. Once I deactivate the Add-On, the shortcut G works again. If I attach a bluetooth controller, and map the "toggle masks" to whatever controller input, it also works. Other keyboard shortcuts, as far as I can say also work. Looks really to be an issue about "G" haha

I did some research for a while and it was the old anki compatibility code interferring with newer anki's. Specifically the way the addon registers the hotkeys.

Expect a fix within 24 hours. I'll upload a test addon here prior to uploading to ankiweb. (I'd really prefer mass distribution once I've used that for maybe a month so there's no new bugs introduced within my knowledge)

Hmm, installed it now. It stalls my whole Anki. Getting a message that there may be a problem with the Remaining Time (test) version. I deactivated the normal Remaining Time before. Here ist the debug output: Anki 25.02.5 (29192d15) (ao)

Ok for first, disable the addon, and could you check if the cards are okay? I haven't changed anything regarding the database on the fix, but just to make sure.

Seems like related to the mobile support of the addon. I guess i don't use it anymore so I think I can just remove it.

When deactivated it works again. I don't particularly think it has something to do with my cards, because I didn't change anything about them, and the "stable" build still works, except the G shortcut thing.

I deleted the note type mentioned in the debug output in the meantime: anki.errors.CardTypeError: Card template ⁨3⁩ in note type '⁨A. Bone, Joints, Ligaments, Fascia, Viscera⁩' has a problem.

It didn't have any cards so I could easily do so. Since then it now works. (With the public available add on, not tested your test build you sent here). I think this was a very specific me issue, and is probably not likely to occur in others. I unfortunately didn't save the note type, and also don't really remember where it came from. If you are really interested I could go looking for it again, but otherwise this topic can be closed. I'll also update my review on anki add on page.
