Bug Description

I use Clever Keys key board and cannot install a Dutch language pack

Steps to Reproduce

CleverKeys v1.4.0 on /e/OS
Languages screen only shows "Import Pack" and "Manage".
Manage says "No language packs installed".
There is no "Download Language Packs" option although the documentation mentions it.
How can I install the Dutch language pack?

• I have restarted the CleverKeys app
• I have tried disabling and re-enabling the keyboard
• I have checked if this happens with neural predictions disabled
• I have tried clearing the app cache/data (if safe to do so)
