[Bug] Hiding the keyboard when opening the clipboard

Bug Description

when I turn off "neural network prediction" and "word predictions" and try to open the clipboard, the main body of the keyboard disappears and only the clipboard is visible. In this case, the clipboard does not rise above the navigation buttons, but remains behind them, which makes it impossible to use the only entry in the clipboard.

• I have restarted the CleverKeys app

this was happening to me too. for some reason, the clipboard depends on the 'suggestion bar's height. all you need to do is turn on the word predictions and make sure the suggestion bar is visible and then youll be able to use the keyboard/clipboard easily. though I hope @tribixbite does something about it, since it shouldnt be the natural behaviour.

IME service self redirected text input and ui changes require going through all sorts of hoops compared to normal apps - reusing the suggestion bar proved the most reliable path for building clipboard w/search bar. Thanks for reporting this bug
