basically everyone or at least mostly everyone in arabic written using english letters
like for example
o9som bileh rahou tof7 yfidik if 7yetik (I swear that apples are gonna help you in life)
is a fully functional word
I pretty much use 3 5 7 9 2
in my day to day life
thats MY case and since I don't know about every arab
just add a toggle
that lets you differentiate between works only if there is a space between them
thats the easiest solution I can think of
you can make an allow list

number can be at the beginning end or in the center of the word and even multiple times
rak 27m9 (like this is a ligitimite word) (it means you are stupid) (and yes it only has 1 letter)
I'm pretty sure I can think of a word that can be written using numbers only if I think long enough
tbh just add a toggle for this since its very specific to arab countries (tbh I have no idea if any other language romanize its language in the same way)

there is no point in training it
