Can't get it to install. CMD box comes up, nothing else. Freezes at this point.

Couple questions so I can narrow down the problem:

• Did you install the required .NET 8.0 Desktop Runtime?
• Are you running the .exe contained in the zip file (APS_Optimizer_V3.exe), in the extracted folder (not having moved it)?
• What OS are you using?

Also I'm about to make a new release that bundles it differently, so that might resolve your issue anyways

2.0 release bundles all requirements so this shouldn't be an issue anymore
