On 2 different systems, the "fullscreen" state is not showing the entire webview.
The content that I'm using is taller than the number of screen pixels, so a scrollbar appears on the right edge. However, the scrollbar is "cut off", only showing 9 pixels (a standard Windows scrollbar is 17pixels).
In addition, 8 pixels are also being cut off from the top of the webview. You can repro this simply by putting an image with easily distinguished pixels at the top of your web content. Make an Tint EXE use fullscreen mode and take a screencap. Paste into an editor and look closely at the pixels.
