Does NEXTSPACE have the ability to update itself? Also, is there a forum of sorts for NEXTSPACE/GNUstep?

What do you mean "update itself"? NEXTSPACE releases distributed as RPM packages. Update can be made with package manager.

Also, is there a forum of sorts for NEXTSPACE/GNUstep?
